ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER/CODE ENFORCEMENT
Wanted: Animal Control Officer/Code Enforcement for the City of Clyde.
Performs a variety of animal-control work, euthanasia of animals, maintenance to the animal shelter and city vehicle. Cares for and maintains the animal shelter along with taking various calls from the public regarding stray and wild animals. On-call every other week for after-hours and weekend calls.
Performs Code Enforcement duties.
High school education or equivalent, must be a self-starter and able to lift over 75lbs. Must be able to obtain an Animal Control Officer, Euthanasia Certifaction and a Code Enforcement Certifaction. This is a full time position, 32-40 hours a week with salary range starting at $8.00/hour. Vehicle and uniforms provided by City of Clyde.
Employer requires individual to live in the Clyde area. Must possess a Class C Drivers License.
